These terms apply to bookings made directly on vivovillas.com. By completing a booking you agree to them.
1. Booking and payment
- Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) per villa per night and are shown before you pay.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment is processed securely by Finpay (QRIS, bank transfer / virtual account, e-wallet or card).
- Your dates are held for 30 minutes while you pay. If payment is not completed in that time, the dates are released.
- A booking is confirmed only when payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email.
- Same-day bookings are accepted until 12:00 WITA (Bali time).
2. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 14:00 WITA.
- Check-out by 12:00 WITA.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability; please ask us in advance.
3. Guests
- Villa B and Villa R: maximum 2 guests. Villa O: maximum 4 guests.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid ID or passport may be requested at check-in.
4. Cancellation and changes
All direct bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. See our Cancellation Policy.
5. During your stay
- Please treat the villa with care. Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay.
- Please respect neighbours and local customs; no parties or events without our written approval.
